Purchase Protection
If your purchase does not meet our standards, you may be eligible for Purchase Protection. You must report any issue within 3 calendar days of receiving your item.
Eligible cases include:
The item is inauthentic;
The item materially differs from its description;
You received the wrong item.
To file a claim, contact Veeluxecollectives Support with clear photos and details within 3 days of receipt.
Returns
You have 3 calendar days from delivery to request a return.
Returned items must have their Quality Control tag attached and undamaged.
Exceptional cases are outlined in our Terms of Service.
What’s Not Covered
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Minor wear or imperfections on pre-loved items even if not shown on listing photos or description
Sizing issues (unless measurements differ from the listing)
Shipping or customs delays
Items used, altered, or missing QC tags
