1. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
Change of mind
Incorrect size or fit
Buyer’s remorse
We kindly ask that you review all product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.
2. Exceptions – Defective or Not as Described
We will accept a return or offer a refund only if the item you receive is:
Defective, or
Not as described in the product listing.
If you believe this applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vlc@veeluxecollectives.com with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos showing the defect or discrepancy
Our team will review your request and provide next steps.
3. Condition of Returned Items .
If a return is approved, the item must be:
Returned in the same condition as received
With all original packaging, tags (if applicable), and accessories
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or not as described).
