At VeeLuxeCollectives, we aim to deliver your luxury items safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as An Post, DHL, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the value of the item.
All shipments include tracking for your peace of mind.
High-value items may require a signature upon delivery.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Ireland, the EU, the UK, and select international destinations.

4. Delivery Times (Estimated)
Ireland & UK: 3–7 business days
EU Countries: 5–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/value of your order.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country’s authorities.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery progress.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vlc@veeluxecollective.com.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
